Most Twisted Tees & Totes products are made to order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships, unless a different production timeline is specifically stated on the product listing. Production time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Some handmade, customized, limited-edition, preorder, or specialty products may have different production timelines. Please review the individual product listing for any additional information before purchasing.

🛍️ ORDER ACCURACY

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted at checkout is accurate, including:

• Name

• Shipping address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Product selection

• Size

• Color

• Customization details

• Spelling

• Personalization information

Twisted Tees & Totes is not responsible for mistakes resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because our products are frequently made to order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, your order may no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Once an order has entered production, it is considered final sale unless it qualifies for a resolution under our damaged/incorrect order policy.

🚚 SHIPPING

We offer standard and expedited shipping options when available at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please remember that the 5–7 business day production period occurs before your order ships.

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, postal service disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other carrier-related circumstances may cause delays.

Twisted Tees & Totes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Twisted Tees & Totes is not responsible for retrieving or replacing the package if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

📦 LOST, MISSING & STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.

Twisted Tees & Totes is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misrouted, or stolen after shipment, including packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

1. Checking around your property and with household members or neighbors.

2. Contacting the shipping carrier.

3. Requesting a delivery investigation or missing-package claim from the carrier.

4. Contacting your local post office or shipping facility when applicable.

We will always do our best to help provide information or documentation when available, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after shipment.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because many Twisted Tees & Totes products are made to order, handmade, customized, personalized, or produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

All customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, photos, customization details, and order information before purchasing.

We will absolutely make it right when the mistake is ours.

We may offer a replacement or refund when:

• Your item arrives damaged.

• You receive the wrong item.

• There is a printing or production error.

• Your order contains the wrong size due to an error on our end.

• Your order contains incorrect customization due to an error on our end.

• Your item is otherwise materially different from what you ordered because of an error made by Twisted Tees & Totes.

📸 Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item and the issue

• Any other information we may reasonably need to investigate the problem

We may request additional photographs or information before determining an appropriate resolution.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

🎨 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom apparel

• Personalized apparel

• Custom artwork

• Custom tote bags

• Personalized accessories

• Custom nail sets

• Custom designs

• Other products created specifically at the customer's request

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, sizing, colors, design selections, and other customization details before submitting an order.

Once production begins, customization changes may not be possible.

💅 TWISTEDLY PRESSED NAILS

Press-on nails and other nail products may be subject to additional product-specific policies regarding hygiene, application, sizing, wear, and returns.

Please review the individual Twistedly Pressed product listing and nail policy provided on the product page before purchasing.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these products, certain nail products may be final sale and may not qualify for return or exchange.

🏷️ SALE, CLEARANCE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, and final-sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except when the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end.

Promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

💰 REFUNDS

🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
