Twisted Tees & Totes was created during a season of slowing down — not by choice, but by necessity. Living with POTS and chronic illness changed how I move through the world, how I work, and how I create. Some days are productive, some days are rest days, and all of it is real.

What started as a creative outlet became a brand built on self-expression, humor, and showing up as you are — even when things aren’t perfect. Twisted Tees & Totes is all about fun, slightly chaotic designs that don’t take life too seriously, because honestly, sometimes laughter and creativity are the best coping tools.
