The item arrives damaged
There is a printing or production error (e.g., wrong size, wrong design, or incorrect customization)

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item if the error is on our end.
